Description: 🥷 Ninja (6-12yr.) 60 minutes Our Ninja class is the perfect starting point for kids with some basic skills or a strong interest in learning ninja in a fun, class-based setting. Ninjas will work on core techniques, obstacle control, and body awareness while tackling a wide variety of movement challenges. With a focus on strength, coordination, and skill development, this class builds confidence and encourages progress at every level. Through guided drills, creative obstacle setups, and high-energy coaching, ninjas will grow their abilities in a supportive and motivating environment, whether they're training for fun or preparing for recreational competitions.
