    Party Payment, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy


    Payments
    All parties and events must be paid in full no later than the day before your scheduled booking. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Deposits
    A deposit is required to reserve your party and helps us keep the facility clean and welcoming for all guests.
    To receive your deposit refund after the party, please ensure the Party Room and Kitchen are cleaned and returned to the condition they were in when you arrived.
    We aim to process deposit refunds within 72 hours after your party ends.
    Deposits may be forfeited if:
    •    Food or drinks are brought onto the gym floor, or participants return to the gym after eating without washing their hands, resulting in dirty equipment.
    •    Dirty outdoor footwear or clothing are worn anywhere in the facility.
    •    The party runs overtime in the Party Room or Kitchen, affecting the schedule for other bookings.
    •    Any other actions cause excessive mess, damage, or disruption to the schedule or facility.

    Cancellations
    We understand that plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible.
    •    Full Refund: You’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit, if the party is canceled within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 weeks before your scheduled booking date.
    •    Deposit Forfeiture: Cancellations outside of these timeframes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
